Schiacciata with Mozarella and Bacon

I made schiacciata as it is known in Florence and is what I would call focaccia.  The recipe was from Nigella’s ‘How to be a Domestic Goddess’.  I didn’t have the gorgonzola or pine nuts it required so I used mozarella and bacon.  As my eldest son would say “Nom, nom, nom”.
