Pink Mini-Wedding Cakes

Baking time again! It was Heather and one of the Claires birthday’s last week at work and as it is wedding season I made these tiered mini-wedding cakes. I also made one for my parents as for their Christmas present last year I joined them to my own exclusive Cake Club and they get a one-of-a-kind, bespoke cake every month for the whole year.
